How bookings work
Events360 connects independent partners. They control pricing, contracts, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and fulfillment. Requests of interest are non-binding until you agree directly with the partner. Events360 does not process payments or hold funds, and does not own venues, vendors, or inventory. Demo profiles on this site are labeled previews, not live listings.
What we are not
Events360 does not own venues, vendors, or inventory, and does not process payments. Nothing here is an offer to rent a space or hire a supplier. When listings exist, they will be between you and independent businesses.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the forms, degrade the service, misrepresent who you are, or attempt to break security.
Intellectual property
The Events360 name, mark, and site design are ours. You may not copy the brand or imply a partnership that does not exist.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Events360 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from a marketing site and its forms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. The date at the top will change.
