This policy covers the Events360 marketing website, contact form, plan form, and List Your Business form.

If you write, start a plan, or list your business, we collect name, email, the fields for that form (event type, city, business name, and so on), and the message you send. Servers also receive standard technical data such as IP address and the pages requested.
We use this information to reply, review applications, keep the site working, and protect forms from abuse. We do not sell personal information. We do not invent testimonials from it.
Records are kept for as long as those processes need them, then deleted or archived with limited access. You can ask us to delete an entry by writing to the contact form.
The site may be hosted on infrastructure providers such as Vercel or Cloudflare. If a webhook is configured, submissions are forwarded only to deliver or store your request.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Use the contact form. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will say why.
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
